Refund and Cancellation Policy

At BOLDNET, we strive to deliver the highest quality services and experiences to our users. To maintain clarity and fairness for all parties, we have established the following No Cancellation and No Refund Policy:

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all products, services, memberships, subscriptions, and events offered by BOLDNET.

• By purchasing or subscribing to any of our offerings, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. No Cancellations

Once a Subscription / Top-ups is enabled, it will not be cancelled and / or renewed automatically, under any circumstances. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the details of subscription plans / Top ups, before making your purchase.

3. Cancellations of Session Booking

Bookings once done can be rescheduled or cancelled by student. There would be cancellation charges in form of credit points that will be deducted as per below conditions. These are applicable only for the Students

1. If the booking is cancelled 48 hours before the session, No Credit points will be deducted
2. If the booking is cancelled less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours, 50% Credit points will be deducted
3. If the booking is cancelled less than 24 before the session, applied credit points for the session will be deducted
4. If due to network issues or unforeseen issues the zoom link could not work smoothly, then no credit points will be deducted or credited in the students account.

4. No Refunds

• All payments made to BOLDNET are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, non-usage, or dissatisfaction with the service.
• This includes but is not limited to instances of:
  • Inability to attend or utilize the service/event.
  • Dissatisfaction after purchase.

5. Exceptions

• The only exception to this policy will be in the event of a proven technical error on our part that directly prevents access to the purchased service or product. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of BOLDNET.

6. Acknowledgment

• By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Cancellation and Refund Policy
